Carmel steps up to Betts Futures stage

Carmel was thrilled to take to the Bett Futures 'New Innovations' stage at the celebrated Bett Conference in late Jan 2017 where, with fellow teaching professional Nathan Ashman, they showcased the use of VR 360 in classrooms.

Under the banner of 'Keeping It Real' in partnership with @nathanashman Carmel outlined a virtual field visit to Elizabethan prodigy house, Hardwick Hall in Derbyshire the nominated AQA GCSE site  2018. The dynamic presentation even caught the eye of Professor Brendon Walker who urged twitter followers to keep an eye on Carmel and Nathan as 360 VR looks set to hit classrooms!

The virtual tour has been very popular and used in schools across the county during the summer term instead of or in addition to site visits.
